What attracts loss in business? Negative thoughts plus emotions shared between two people create mindsets, which become firm creations. These creations are complexes that act like powerful hooks on your ability to manifest money, health, relationships, and many other things.
It is common in corporations for managers to rule with entitlement, pride, and arrogance as a thought form. This creates disdain towards the employees, customers, and company sales. The resulting mindset of the employee is contempt, prejudice, and animosity, in which the customers and employees feels disregarded, neglected, and devalued.
The manager’s mindset is opposite of the employee as he or she sits in a power position that can be parasitical as opposed to action oriented. If the manager has adopted a parasitical approach to the employee, the arrogant mindset can create a false perception that the success of the company originates completely from his or her management alone.
What is the result? Turnover and a rise in attrition rates. Loss of good employees, profits, and market priority. The key mindset that creates loss in business is arrogance, apathy, and neglect, in which a manager, owner, or CEO is apathetic to listening to the voice of the employee or valuing their knowledge.
To be a great manager or owner, the essential mindset to adopt is respect, attention, consideration, and mindfulness. Drop entitlement and treat your employees and customers with emotional intelligence.
